CIP PROPERTY MENTORS – 1:1 Wisdom

Ten senior experienced Property Professionals across the spectrum of disciplines are being invited to form a Mentoring Team.

These individuals already mentor juniors in their sectors, albeit on an informal basis. As such, it is second nature to them.

As a useful means of raising the profile of CIP and its aims and objectives, the Property Mentors – 1:1 Wisdom project formalises and ‘badges’ this mentoring process.
 
The project will be publicised to the property press, and universities and other FE environments.

Junior members of the profession will be openly invited to approach the team members for guidance and advice on a wide variety of work-related issues. This may be via email, telephone or face to face, whatever suits both parties.
